Employees with no morals and unprofessional

I took my car for 60 000 service at Westvaal Motor Polokwane on the 26th June 2023. Vehicle reg no FKC 665L, my service advisor was Rocky Scott, during service they damaged my fan cover/fan guard and they called to tell me it’s damaged and to replace it will cost *** among, I’m very upset with how they conduct themselves, you damage my car and tell me to pay for it? This so unprofessional and worrisome, how am I supposed to trust them with my car in the near future, 2ndly when I got home I noticed oil leak under the hood,upon inspection I could see there’s oil everywhere under the car,which means they did not clean the oil after draining the oil or there is a leak.
