Disgusting service
I took my car in for service at peugeot polokwane on Tuesday...I drove My into the workshop everything was fine...firstly I was not contacted to be told if there was something that needs to be fixed I was told upon arrival to fetch my car The things that were stated were:waterpipe and water bottle and cab Tappet leaking Oil cooler leaking Sump is leaking Disc's and breakpads to be replaced V belt is jumping Front shocks are leaking I left with the car and it seems like it started overheating...i parked it at home and didn't use it send my service feedback trying to understand what was done at the workshop as I drove my vehicle in for service. This morning I start the vehicle just to get another faulty message but this time it has to do with the battery sockets or wiring I called In again and was told that the matter will be escalated to the manager(Ben Jordaan) 2 hours later I did not get a call none whatsoever. I took it along myself to take an Uber to the workshop to speak to the manager Ben Jordaan Whe. I get there he tells me about the faulty stuff and says this was bound to happen...means we're was what a coincidence that everything including the wiring get faulty after your service. By the way my battery was bought last year July. This guy (Ben Jordaan) raises his voice on me and talks pointing fingers at me. When I told him not to raise his voice at me and start questioning him he stands up and tells me he doesn't have time for people who don't listen and walks away. I tell him he needs to sort this out or I will escalate this matter to head office and he says he doesn't care I should do that ..Is this how peugeot has trained their stuff?is this the type of customer service that yall offer ?your stuff was rude and very unprofessional...and k will still ask what the hell did they do to my car??????
