Checy spark at ealership more then 2 months

My cevy spark has been standing for 2 months at Westvaal Menlyn. I had to lay a comlaint with GMSA after a month to get them to remove the engin to see whats wrong with the car. Sophy the consultant who intercept the car cant even get back to you or keep you updated on the progress. When i called her after speaking to the engeneer she said she was still waiting for the report from them of which i was told that it was already sent. When i told her that the engineer said he sent it the friday already she said that shes busy with the report for her manager. The report was sent to bidvest and again after speaking to bidvest who told me that they requested additional info and pics from Westvaal, i spoke to Sophy and asked her whats going to happen to the car today. She responded nothing as she was waiting for bidvest to reposnd. when i told her i just spoke to bidvest she said she's busy with the report for her manager. i asked her with the holidays approaching will i get my car beack befor then on which she responded yes. I wonder if it will ever happen because clearly Sophy and her manager who we went to see personaly is hilding up the process. Cars are booked in on a daily basis and it looks like they ignoring the other cars which has been standing there for months. they not even woth one star thats how bad they service are
