Buying a car which uses local agents is a terrible mistake

They European car maker's "local service people" are not up to the task. Thier service is poor. You can see that employees are not motivated or lack passion. maybe it has to do with High cost of leaving in S.A. The call centre is no answer! When you finally speak to someone, you get a date which is more than 7 days in the future. Since i had the new car, it always had a battry problem. You see i am always busy, i thought for 800k i can always bring-in the car for a battry check anytime with just 24hour notice. But i need to wait 9 days. I have another i can use, but it is parked infront of the Opel and the opel does not want to start.
