Bad service

I was looking for a car and apparently my brother works for this car dealership as a driver and he helped me to buy a car from Westvaal in klersdorp I stay in pta so I took the with me to pta I only had a car for 9 days and it started giving me problems I told the dpa and I was told to make a plan to bring the car in klersdorp the car is not in condition to go that far and if I manage to get the car that side it will be taken to where it will be fixed according to me the car was there before I bought it so if they discover a different problem I will pay... How fair is this? And I'm not the first to be treated like this my sister's husband also bought a car unfortunately for him he had to buy a new engine
