Bad service

Bought a new Hyundai Grand Creta from Westvaal Secunda 1 year ago. With numerous problems they refuse to assist. And if they make an appointment to fetch the car they just never come to light. I am complaining to them since my 45000km service. My car now has 68000km on the clock with more problems than ever. Before the 60000km they claimed that they test drived my car on the N17. The closest access to the N17 is about 15km. They drove exactly 4km with my car. So they are making a fool of clients by lying to them.
