Bad service

I am so disgusted with the service you are offering to us consumers, we are of good use to you when you want our money come the time we need help or complain about problems we are encountering after your service you don't even want to reason with us, My mother bought her car from Westvaal Witriever on the 25th November 4month later the battery is giving her a problem, we called road assist to jump start at first as we didn't know what was the problem, it started and when it was parked it couldn't start again. we took the vehicle to the dealer where it is currently standing, the checked the vehicle only to find out that the battery has a problem when they charge it it over heats :( we contacted the branch to our dismay they are not willing to help as always. it is obvious that when you sold us the vehicle the battery was already a problem it was just a matter of time before this happened. like i am very frustrated and annoyed by people who take advantage to consumes, but on the other hand you regard us as your source of income, and i bet you wouldn't like to be treated in this manner, so please so this nosense out.
