Bad service

My car has been at Westvaal Menlyn for a month and a half now for the replacement of the radiator fan under warranty. I was given a sub-par rental car to drive with in the meantime and received no feedback on the progress of my car. I was made empty promises on the replacement of the rental with a car closer to the standard of my car, but no one came back to me after numerous calls. Furthermore the only feedback I received is when I frequently called Westvaal , but once again, I only received empty promises that someone will call me back regarding progress.

To add to this I received a call from one of the sales reps at Westvaal, taking advantage of my sitsuation, and making an offer for my car for almost half the price suggested by Cars.co.za. This is very unprofessional.

I am extremely disappointed in Westvaal and will recommend staying away from Westvaal Menlyn.

My car is still at Westvaal without a suggested timeline and I need to do my daily commutes with a sub standard, low end car.
