Bad Service At Isuzu Westvaal Menlyn

The Service at this branch is extremely poor. Firstly I was struggling for weeks to make a a service booking for my Isuzu Bakkie. When I eventually got to book my car for service I was told that the Diff of my Bakkie must be replaced. The Bakkie went in for service on 25 June 2025, I was told that the Diff will be replaced by Monday 30th June 2025. I've requested a courtesy bakkie as I need a Bakkie for my business. I was told they don't give courtesy cars. Today 02 July 2025 there's a lady by name of Sharron told me that she would call me back by 10:00am today to give me feedback on my Bakkie. I've been following up since 11:00am she refuses to call me back she just messages via WhatsApp. When I reqi a courtesy bakkie again because it's been days and my business depends on a Bakkie she said it won't be approved because the parts for my Bakkie is not on back order. And that I can report them maybe I will get help faster.

They are the absolute worst service department ever!
