If less than 1 star was available, it would've bee IT!!

Absolutely terrible!!! I phoned them on 3 January 2024 to book a service for my car. A guy named Andrius was not even interested to get my vehicle details to make the booking. He asked me to mail my car's details, which i did on that day... When i phoned at 07:40 on 8 January, a lady answered the phone and said no booking was made. I asked her if i can still bring the car to be serviced and she rep**** saying that she had to check if they have parts available for the service and will contact me with an answer... It is currently 19:40 and i haven't heard from them since.

A year and a half ago i was there to find out about a service plan...they were not helpfull in any way.
