Bad Bad Service!!!!

We have ordered parts on 17 Nov 2021 and had to pay up front before the parts could be ordered. We have paid and were told parts would arrive within 4 to 5 working days. Each time we followed up regarding the delivery of the parts we received a different excuse from them. We are now 3 weeks down the line and still have not received the parts. Our truck is standing and we are losing income due to the incompetence of the workers at Westvaal Mashishing.
