Westvaal Lichtenburg stay away poor after sale service. Contract signed sorry not our problem anymore if you bought a dud

Never buy a vehicle there. I bought an Amarok 2019, beautiful vehicle standing for more than 3 weeks now. Yet I have to pay my installment to ABSA.

I bought the bakkie with punctures on all wheels. That was sorted. Next moment brakes failed.

The vehicle had 79000 km on the odometer. Brakes last an average of 80000 km's. It passed the checks, found roadworthy bla bla bla. Oh I forgot to mention the reverse lights were not working.

I've sent a mail to management, obviously no reply. Marco Jansen,, who sold the bakkie to me and not employed by Westvaal Lichtenburg anymore, tried to help. Heilandi Harmse, thank you for trying to help. Andy Haasbroek, after days you decided to reply with probably the most unprofessional answer I've ever heard.

I have contacted ABSA and referring this poor assistance to the ombudsman
