Westvaal Lichtenburg ****

When I first contacted Westvaal Lichtenburg dearship in search for a vehicle, I clearly specified that one of my deal breakers is a vehicle without a service plan.

Yes, They found the perfect vehicle for me, it is exactly what I asked for. Except, I was told that the vehicle still had a service plan. Which proved to be false when I finally booked in the vehicle for service and was told it did not have a service plan. I contacted their sales representative who explained to me that he no longer works for the dealership and gave me a number to contact, and there has been no way forward with that.

Then I contacted the Westvaal Lichtenburg dealership and spoke to a lady who told me there was nothing she could do to resolve the matter. Another thing confuses me, when she checked for my vehicle information in her system, that too was incorrect. Which is concerning, because how do I know if what I am paying for is what I am getting.

Three months ago, without a doubt I would've recommended Westvaal Lichtenburg car dealership. After what I had to go through this week, I do not recommend it to anyone.
