The worst service in the car service dealers ever. Dont know why they are still operation because they should have lost all custumers by now.

Bad, bad, bad, worst service i have ever encountered. The tow truck took my car there on the 16th of August 2019 with transmission problems. I was never contact to be informed about the progress of the car until i started to contact customer service thus when i got help. Then the Westvaal people called me and told me that the car needs new clutch set which will take maximum 45 DAYS (just imagine just to replace the clutch). The car finally got ready on the 2nd of October but still i did not get a phone call that i should come pick up the car until the lady i was talking to from customer service she called me asking if i have picked the car yet, then i told her i was never informed that the car is fixed (she called me on the 10th of October).
