Poor service

<p>On the 20/04/2017 I took my car for service at Westvaal Jakaranda Motors in Pretoria cnr Church street and Nelson Mandela Drive. In the afternoon I received an sms acknowledging me, I walked all the way from the office to the workshop and asked them aren't they calling us and coming to fetch where we were dropped off in the morning and the service assistant claimed that she sent me an sms informing me that the car is ready whereas the sms was acknowledging me. When i received my car, there were dents on top of the bonnet, I told the lady who then referred me to the manager, the manager told me that the car was dirty and it might have came in like that, but you could see that those dents were fresh. When I was about to leave I thought of checking my service book only to find that nothing has been noted in the book and there is no stamp at all in the book. Their service is very very poor and they did not bother to apologise at all.</p>
