Bad service

<p>I took a car in for service and the workshop department was inefficient as the car broke down on my way home, I reported the car but nothing was being done and they were not sorry about what they did. This situation is affecting me as it is inconveniencing and the transport costs are ****ing me. This company is violating my rights and the costs of repairing the car which is their fault are charged on me</p>
