Bad salesman service

I bought a 2014 Isuzu from Westvaal Nelspruit from Dewald (salesman) at the end of Aug 2017. I also took a canopy from them but when I got it they did not give me the canopy keys. I asked for a set or a new lock a couple of times but was not supp****. After some time I was asked by Dewald to by my own lock fit it and to send him the invoice. The invoice was send to him on the 21 Sep 2017 and promised it would be settled the next day. I am still waiting!!!
