Poor service at western autohaus

We bought a vehicle from this dealership on the 06-06-19 in the beginning when we wanted to buy the vehicle they really did go the extra mile, the the day of the purchase the sales person told us to go through the vehicle and give feedback on al the faults we find so the can attend to them.

We send the sales person an whatsapp on the 13th of June with al the faults and videos they said they will come and pick up the vehicle that Monday the 17th which they never did they only came to fetch the car on the 24th of June.

The vehicle was by them for a while and no one phoned us to tell us the progress of the vehicle, we eventually phoned them to ask what is happening they said we will have the vehicle back the following day, we only got the vehicle back on the 18th of July, when we got the vehicle back some of the faults was not attended to we instructed the driver to take the vehicle back to the dealership.

We still haven't received our new number plates and the permit has expired on the 26-06-2019 we've been sending emails regarding the faults and no one's getting back to us we recently also found out the sales person that is supposed to help with is problem is no longer working there.

We just want to warn other clients about this dealership so they won't be in the same situation as us.
