Westrand trucking (Pty) Ltd T/A Eastcape Carriers - Delaying 3rd party claim

<p>recently had a truck of Westrand trucking (Pty) Ltd T/A Eastcape Carriers smash the rear of my car,</p> <p>at the time of the incident i was promised they would do the necessary to resolve the claim as soon as possible, i have been given a phone number and email address to which i have emailed all the supporting documents for my claim but to date all the broker says is that they are still awaiting their client to submit a claim</p> <p> </p> <p>the insurance broker is Pro-Sure and the lady i am dealing with is Petro who is rather unhelpfull as the only thing she says is she is still awaiting her client to submit a claim</p> <p> </p> <p>why do people advertise such lovely benefits if all they do is give you hassle ?</p> <p>as for the transport company, it is very clear that they do not want to own up for their driver smashing my car then running away from the scene only to later appear at the police station and say he was scared ???</p> <p> </p> <p>my sister and i were together with other friends were in the car at the time and had to jump off the car and wave our hands in fear to try and get the attention of the driver to stop driving!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>this is not a company who cares about the lives of others!</p> <p> </p>
