Spare Key

Hi My name is Agnes I both the Mahindra USV 700 XL 4 November 2023 and they only gave me one key and promise to send me the spare key because it was demo car so they must look for spare key, with I understand . I send email to the owner of the company Mr. Jacques 16 Feb 2024 and he reply on the 23 Feb 2024 and he promise that am going to get my spare key in two weeks time. Two weeks passes no key . I've been sending follow up emails no respond even to day . I need help
