Not good service

I book my at Westonaria Dltc for a renewal of my prdp for the 3 of March 2020 & was told to come back in 2 weeks to check my fingerprints, then I went back in 2 weeks & found the system offline then after Corona started testing centers were closed until 1 October when Westonaria Dltc opened. I went there on the 2nd then I was told to go book again. Now asking myself what happened to my booking
