Weston Plumbers - Bad Service

Worst service I have ever received. Firstly get told that they came out, phone d to say they are at the premises, and that messages was sent to say they are at the gate but there is absolute no evidence on my phine of communication from them. Secondly the plumber pitches up with ****ty attitude, spends less than two minutes with the geyser to say the thermistat is gone an electrician neess to replace it. Doesn't look if anything else is wrong. I have to fork out extra expenses foe an electrician to come out to confirm thetmostat is working 100%. Thirdly in the process of lodging a complaint with the their offices over the phone just to have the receptionist cut off my call because now I am a little worked up for the poor service received.
