*********** SERVICE RE FIREARM RELATED ISSUES, FROM WESTLY MCLAUGHLIN ATTORNEYS

In February/March 2020 I hired Westly Mclaughlin Attorneys to assist me with an Application for a Dual License in respect of a Firearm for self-defense purposes. The written context of the Motivational Application was executed very professionally with a good command of legal jargon. However, due to the incompetence of the office staff, I had to resubmit photos and documents that I had already sent, as it had been mislaid. I paid the attorneys upfront as soon as I received their Invoice. However, I had to proof read my own document and point out any errors therein. Supporting documents were missing that I had already submitted. This was not a draft, it was the finalized Motivation Application. Due to these errors, I was delayed in submitting my Application as well as a waste of my time. I was also invoiced for an extra amount of R50.00, which did not pertain to Firearm Applications, but rather to Litigation matters. This was sorted out once I queried it with Westly Mclaughlin himself. I would not recommend Westly Mclaughlin Attorneys to deal with any firearm related issues or applications.
