Staying at the Westin is the most amazing experience ever and they have service I have ever had in a long time. I was not treated as just a simple guest but as a VIP. The level of service that this centrally located hotel offers is by far the best in Cape Town. From their attention to the customers need and immediate assistance to their above and beyond comfort and home feeling, I have never been more impressed than I currently am. Staying on the 12th floor with an amazing view of the city I could not have asked for a better view of the CBD. I would like to thank all the staff and the managers who went above and beyond to make my stay here a memorable one. I will and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Cape Town or like myself playing at the first ever gaming expo in Cape Town. Congratulations to the Westin Hotel.
