companies that ***** money

I only noticed during December that there has been a number of companies taking money from my account without any agreement/knowledge or consent from me. my bank was helpful to assist in identifying these *******, one of them is westhuizen budget it solutions. I've never heard of them until I went through my bank statement. when I finally got hold of them and requested my money back guess what I only got a portion of my money and when I challenged this I was told I am stupid and I must go back to the bank and let them explain to me what my statement is telling me. how rude I mean WHAT THE ****! you took my money now return every cent you took and stop insulting people.
