Unprofessional Behavior

Absolutely disgusting service. Staff is unfriendly. They speak to each other in their language which makes one wonder if they are talking about us as they laugh and talk. I placed a order online and paid for it. Went to the store to be treated poorly by the staff. The order line was extremely long and they have only 1 staff serving. The person in front ordered via watsap and was still adding to her order from over the counter. When I got there the lady said they didn't even have my order. Had to wait 20 mimutes in total for something I paid for a week in advance. From other stores I known that online orders are served faster. I did leave a complaint on their watsapp line and the response I received was management will speak to staff. Recieved a call telling me the same thing. This store is not worth the rave.
