Unhappy member

I had the WORST SERVICE EVER. I placed an order online for delivery, order was placed at 8pm and requested for delivery on 26/07 and it stated on the website that deliveries are done 9am-3pm okay that is fine. Today it is currently 15:45 26/07 and I have not received my order. I have sent numerous emails and no response, I have contacted them via WhatsApp and when they got back to me they say they don’t deal with emails but the order has been sent out No apology whatsoever I wait for almost an hour and they ask me for the delivery address after they had asked for me for the order number which clearly shows on it. I am fuming because those cakes are for my daughter who is celebrating her birthday and was gonna come and collect it at my workplace but couldn’t because of the incompetence that Westham has. The one thing that annoys me the most is the disregard of my query and not even offering a simple apology for their wrongdoing. We purchase cakes almost every week there but NEVER AGAIN.
