Terrible Service - Verulam Branch

All the niceness of the store, set up, cleanliness and goodies on offer mean nothing if the staff attitude is horrible, even if they don't know what they're doing at least teach them to smile, acknowledge the customer and move with some urgency to assist. They're not doing us a favour by being there. First time going to this store, walked out with nothing and will not be going back.
