Poor management, lack of order

I am writing this with very sadness, I had ordered a 20L bucket of queen cakes to be collected today 14 June 2024 @10am,the order was placed at Westham Dube Village mall and to be collected there also..

I came at the store it was 10h05 am the guys from westham Phoenix had just brought stock, I had dealt with Zweli very humble guy very helpful, so I went to him he said "the queen cakes never came they have so sort of problem but at 1oclock it will be here" so I said it's fine I will come at 2pm though I was very angry as I spent alot of money to come to Dube Village and I had to go back home without the product I had ordered.. I told myself to calm down..

I didn't come at 2pm I came at 3pm, when I reached there still the order wasn't there, I was disappointed with westham Phoenix, Zweli had to go there and collect it, I has left my 6month old son with my 9year old daughter because I knew I was collecting the cakes and dropping them where I needed to, I had to wait full 1 hour for the queen cakes, standing there in the store for 1hour and my son with my 9year old what westham did is unprofessional I had to come twice and my order is not there..

Adam the store manager in Phoenix doesn't do a good job, no one is going to bring back the amount of money I spent traveling to collect the item and it's not there, I am frustrated I only came home at 6pm my kids are alone and I blame Adam as his the store manager he knows there's orders, orders should be prepared with urgency but I had to be away from my kids for 4full hours yet an order was placed... I would really love to give thanks to Zweli for managing to bring my order much faster thank you very much.

This is unacceptable
