Disappointment

Terrible experience, drove all the way from ladysmith to Durban to go to Westham bakery , the staff did not pack my everything I paid for it was pouring rain I didn't even check , but why couldn't they be vigilant and know. Are we supposed to do their jobs? All the hype for Westham bakery and a waste of a drive all the way to Durban.
