Bad experience

Extremely disappointed with the westham bakery in verulam. The general service of the store is terrible. They are absolutely unprofessional and not able to deal with customers. We have had an experience where a fly was found in the cake. The store was unhelpful and the management was coming up with excesses. We were so embarrassed because the matter was not delt with correctly at the store. The unhygienic practices of the store should be taken more seriously. This is involving consumers health and should be addressed with more concern.
