Professional prices for bad quality

8 months ago I paid R8400 for a gate made by Westgate. Recently we noticed areas were the gate has started rusting and the welding is falling apart. I sent a message to Rick and he didn't even bother to reply. I called him days later and he asked me to send pictures of the gate indicating the problem. I did do. His reply was that I buy some spray paint and fix all the problem areas myself as he can't guarantee the paint. I am shocked beyond words. Goodluck to the rest of your clients.
