Still no refund

I phoned in and got a quote from them. When I went to actually make the purchase they charged me almost R350.00 more than quoted. Gerrard promised me a refund of the difference on 16.02.2022. it is now 04.03.2022 and still no refund. Make sure you get a written quotation BEFORE you buy here.
