A **** dept of health employee Lesedi Ranaka requested a solar panel product that is only supp**** by Western Traders. An \official"Department of Health order was placed on us. We contacted Western Traders to request the product which we had to pay in cash for. A second order was also placed. 700k. We requested a meeting with the person who had sent us the Purchase order which was arranged for 27 November at Civitas Building in Pretoria. Official meeting documents were sent to us for this. Arriving at reception on the day we were advised that no person named Lesedi Ranaka works at the Department of Health. An investigations official at Department of Health advised me that Western Traders has participated in many cases of de*****ing people over the past year. They also advised me that all they could do is supply a letter to state that the documentation I received was ********** and that I would have to report the incident to the police for further assistance. I hope that my post will assist other businesses from being de*****ed in this way. Please be vigilant and always ensure you meet your customer.
