filling of petrol

I was at Western Service Station(Engen), and I complained that the petrol attended who claimed that he filled petrol in my car that show on my dashboard. I then returned back to the station twice and engaged the owner. She then indicated that she will check with their head office and get back to me. I am still waiting to hear from her, since I feel like i left my money there and I still don't have petrol in my car. I suspect something is not right and I will appreciate some assistance.
