Terrible service

I took my car to Western refinishers on the 10th on aug, to replace a fender and headlight and 20 days later they keep on saying they are waiting for parts. I don't receive updates or anything.They always have excuses about not receiving parts and none bother to let you know what ht e progress is until you phone them. I am irritated because even when i call them they say forget forget to let me know they are still struggling to get parts from all over which is bull****!
