Want Payment Upfront because they don't do C.O.D.

<p>I ordered a chicken coop to be delivered. They wanted payment upfront but I said I would pay cash on delivery. Gilly very rudely said they don't do C.O.D. "it's company policy" and then slammed the phone down. I then checked HelloPeter where I was warned about these guys (thanks HelloPeter). </p>
