Pathetic Service

Phoned company on 28/4/2015 to book refrigerator repair. Fridge section of fridge/freezer combo was not cooling properly (freezer still working ok). Technician scheduled for Wed 29/4. Never turned up. After my calls, were told that he cannot make Wed. Will come @ 10h30 on Thu, 30/4. Finally arrived after 12h00. Advised that there is a leak. Fixed and re-gassed. At no stage was there any call from the company to let me know that technician running late. I had to initiate calls.<br> When technician left, fridge was switched on &amp
