Money for nothing

When I took two company microwaves in for repairs I asked the gentlemen if they charge for quotes, to which he rep**** no. This was related to my boss. Imagine my surprise to hear from the lady when she phoned me with repair cost that they charge R100 per item assessment fee. Due to the repair cost not being financially feasible I now am lumped with a bill of R200 after been told there is no charge. Sorry will never support dishonesty.
