Poor service and quality - left without finishing the job

I used Western Cape Professional Construction - Shaun Botes - to help me renovate an office. The main work consists of 3 drywalls. That was it, not even a week's work. It took Shaun six weeks; he left without finishing and left ALL the building rubble in the middle of the room for me to clean up (knowing that I didn't have a vehicle to remove the rubble). Every single day (some days he didn't even show up), he promised that he would finish today... Most days, they would pack up early in the morning with the promise that he would be back soon. "He is just going to drop the other worker at another site, and then he is back to finish". Needless to say, I had to pay upfront for everything until the point where I lost money because he left without finishing. On the last day, he packed everything up with (again) the promise he would return soon. Knowing he won't, but still lying to my face. Apart from that, I had to pay extra for the material, but until today, I have yet to see one receipt. Furthermore, the work was done poorly; the walls are not smooth and the joints are very visible; he didn't listen to my requests of what needed to be done, and I had to finish the job myself to be able to open up. He cost me 6 weeks of rent and income because of his delays. He needs to gain time management skills and ethics. Shaun appears nice, mannered and friendly, but I guess that is part of his operations.
