Western Cape e-No-Service portal

The new e-services portal is a joke. I am trying to apply for a personalized number-plate. Every time I send them an email from a different address they create a new profile on the portal for me. When I go to the portal they have the email I sent them and nothing else. Clearly flawed even though it's being marketed as an innovative solution. Bleh!
