Rude disrespectful women

I went to the traffic department to make a learners appointment. I went for my eye test and received very bad service. I was struggling to see the objects and was shouted at as if I were a little kid. I was told that I need to see an optometrist and that something is wrong with my eyes. I do actually not have bad eyes and was just not looking correctly into the eye test machine. The whole time I was shouted at for not being able to see. I have never been treated this badly, not even from my parents. This lady was extremely rude and disrespectful with no manners.
