Radio Silence from Office of the Consumer Protector - what's the point of the office?

<p>So I had a complaint against Dollar Thrifty which was not getting resolved (detailed elsewhere here on Hello Peter), and wrote a detailed letter to the Office of the Consurmer Protector asking for help. Despite the original email on 15th Feb. and a reminder to them on the 24th Feb. 2017 I haven't even had the courtesy of a reply. Not the level of serive you would expect from a body charged with looking after the customer. </p>
