Poor Service and lazy staff

<p>To whom it may concern.</p> <p> </p> <p>My previous experience with the day hospital that's in Bonteheuwel was very bad deu to the staff working there,they have absolutely no idea how to work with people. The nurses that's working there always complains about the managing stuff that's not paying them right and because of that I think they treat there patience like they want to. The 1 security that was on nightshift told us that the managing of the hospital made a rule that only one person is allowed to be at the trauma which I find personally redicoulas. Most of the people in the Bonteheuwel company is feed up with this hospital here that serve no purpose to the community. They have no structure in place to make it a better hospital</p>
