INCOMPETANT WCAPE GOVERNMENT STAFF AND SYSTEMS

HAS ANYONE TRIED HAVING A PROBLEM SOLVED BY THE WCAPE PROVINCIAL GOV> 2 weeks back I tried to renew my car license which I did but the clerk could not give me the disk as I had a warrant out for contempt of court from George in the W Cape .I knew NOTHING of this , have not received anything in the post and no summons was served .They eventually sent me a copy which was typed , has anyone ever seen a speedcop with a computer typing out fines ?? My name was incorrect by a thousand yards and where I was supposed to sign it , it had written , no signature due to covid ,this on the 2nd of Jan 22 . I always carry a pen in the car if that was the issue . In any case the fine sheet was certainly not presented to me . The clerk gave me the contact number which according to Telkom does not exist . Google rescued me and the prosecutor was incredibly helpful and after trying to find the origin of it told me to call Mossel Bay , that number also did not exist . Google again . I eventually reached a rude aunty and eventually some chap who sounded totally disinterested and rather rude . I asked to speak to the prosecutor and he told me it was him . My heart sank. I then tried various Cape Town Provincial traffic offices but was met with total lack of interest and told me I must go to court .This after me telling them the above story . After much trying I decided to go to the top and wrote to the premier as I remain of the opinion that the fish rots from the head . Nothing at all happened until eventually I redirected it to his PA called Faadia who said I must contact Mossel Bay ( going in circles here ) . I told her the story again and have heard NOTHING until some wiseguy called Prinsloo from Muizenberg ( 40km south of Cape Town ) who missed letter writing course at school ,asked me to explain where the fine was issued . Great , we start even further back . I copied my disgust response to Faadia but as expected heard nothing . Then I get 2 emails from different people one being Anthea responding to a 2 week old webmail from me . She told me to go to Mossel Bay Court . Now that would cost R1800 in fuel and 2 days out of work .No problem for a civil servant no doubt . I have now given up and await the handcuffs . What makes it worse is that I received a fine for parking on the wrong side of the road in a suburb that does not see a car after 21h00 . The CCTV picked up the cop in an UNMARKED car at 21h30. I wrote to my ward councillor , not to have the fine erased but to highlight that unmarked cars are for moving violations . I wont describe the response other than to say my 6 year old nephew could have strung a better letter together . I also leave home at 05h15 in the morning , every morning there are at least 1 mostly 2 blue and white PROVINCIAL traffic cops on the same route , with them , red lights , barrier lines and above all driving at speeds in excess of 90km/h in a suburb. This while taxis are doing similar things around them without any interest in the violations by the cops .. They even have the nerve to drive right up the rear of my car to the extent that I cannot see the engine hood , that is if I get in front of them .On complaining about this I get an email from the assistant traffic chief saying he had called the drivers in ( a few of us have the reg numbers and one driver in our group has a video ) and given them INFORMAL COUNSELING : And i have to sit with a warrant for my arrest for a fine I know nothing about . Sorry so long but I tried to summarize .
