Cape Town traffic department officers have double standards

<p>The vehicle I am driving was fined R600 for parking without a disc but the car &nbsp;parked next to mine &nbsp;was fined a R100 for the same offence. I know the officers check for the ownership of the vehicle before fining. it ****** to give a bigger fine to a black person and a lesser fine to other races for the same offence. CAPE TOWN ****** NEEDS TO BE DEALT WITH.</p>
