Cant cancel drivers Test !!!

<p>Three weeks ago my son booked a drivers test for next week. </p> <p>It was the wrong date , we went and filled all the forms over 2 weeks ago and its still not cancelled . The problem is you book at any centre until its cancelled!!!</p> <p>we have contacted New Ottery, the Western Cape Government , the City of Cape town , no action , its ridiculous !! And a total waste of productivity for all involved !!! </p> <p>Shocking service !!</p> <p> </p>
