No help from WCED.

I app**** for a reissue of my matric certificate online. I submitted all the required documents and made the payment on 11 October 2021. My application was reflected as "received" on the website on 18 October 2021. I waited six weeks for the processing of the application. On 29 November 2021, I received an SMS telling me that my certificate has been posted, and the tracking number for the registered mail will be on the white slip I receive in the mail. I never received anything. It is now 12 January 2021 and nobody has resolved my queries. I called four different numbers and they never answer. I finally got hold of Werner Gordon, who said he would find out what happened with my certificate. He promised to contact me and let me know. That was last week. He did not contact me, and he did not reply to my email or answer my phone calls. I cannot apply for work without my certificate, and I cannot register with the necessary institutions to make myself employable. This is impacting me and my family negatively.
