complaint to ****ty service at the department of education

It had been 2 full years that I have been waiting on a swift response at the department of education regarding my under payment when i was working as a general assistant at Isilimela Comprehensive High School in Langa. I have been under paid for two month. I have been sending email to the department of education all these years and I have tried all alternative ways to no avail.
