Washing Machine Taken, Not Fixed, Not Returned – No Communication

I strongly advise against using this company — especially if you run a business that depends on reliability.

We handed over a washing machine from our guesthouse for repair before Christmas. The repair did not fix the problem, and the machine failed again shortly afterwards. Since then, communication has been consistently poor: missed promises, unanswered calls and messages, and no proactive updates at all.

Despite multiple clear and professional messages, including setting explicit deadlines, there has been no follow-up, no resolution, and no return of our washing machine. At the time of writing, the machine is still not back, and we have received no response.

I made it very clear that if the technician was too busy, that would be fine — all we needed was honest communication. Instead, we were forced to constantly chase someone we were paying, which is completely unacceptable for a guesthouse operation, especially during peak season.

We have also requested a refund for the unsuccessful repair, as no fault was resolved. This has likewise been ignored.
